商務(wù)英語初級口語《仲裁》考點

　　1. The members of this arbitration association are professionally competent, and in a position to arbitration that sort of case arising from the quality inspection of the medical equipment.

　　仲裁協(xié)會的會員們專業(yè)水平高，完全能對這類因醫(yī)療設(shè)備的質(zhì)量檢驗而引起的爭議進行仲裁。

　　2. Generally speaking, all the fee for arbitration shall be borne by the losing party unless otherwise awarded by the court.

　　一般來說，所有仲裁費應(yīng)由敗訴方承擔(dān)，險非仲裁庭另有裁決。

　　3. The decision made by the arbitration commission shall be accepted as final and binding upon both parties.

　　仲裁委員會作出的仲裁決定為終局裁決，對雙方均具有約束力。

　　4. The losing party shall bear the cost for arbitration according to the contract.

　　根據(jù)合同，敗訴方將承擔(dān)仲裁費用。

　　5. We require you to compensate us with an amount of losses totaling ￡748,000 caused by your failure to execute the contract and with all the expenses arising from this arbitration.

　　我方要求你方賠償由于不履行合同義務(wù)所造成的損失是748000英鎊，并承擔(dān)由于進行仲裁而引起的一切費用。

　　6. If any dispute should arise over the inspection, we may submit it for arbitration.

　　如果因商檢而引起爭議，我們可以提交仲裁。

　　7. If you are not prepare to compensate our loss, we suggest that case be submitted for arbitration.

　　如果貴方不打算賠償我方的損失的話，我方建議由仲裁來解決。

　　8. The dispute shall be submitted for arbitration by a mutually nominated arbitrator.

　　爭議。

　　9. We may discuss to agree upon a temporary arbitral body when needed.

　　需要時，我們可以討論協(xié)商成立一個臨時的仲裁機構(gòu)。

　　10. If no settlement can be reached between the two parties, the case under dispute shall be submitted to the third party accepted by both parties for arbitration.

　　如果雙方不能達成協(xié)議，爭議案將交由雙方都能接受的第三方來仲裁。
